Description
The Phoenix (phoenix >noun (in classical mythology) a unique bird that periodically burned itself on a funeral pyre and was born again from the ashes.)
On this abstract painting, second on my bird series, do we really see a bird? maybe ! Lets see;
There are shapes that look like wings spanned, also something that may look like a bird's claw from prehistorical times and also a feathered body it seems. There is motion and a sense of flight,
The reds orange and yellows are enhanced by the subtle touch of a purplish blue
